About Jersey Barbeque 

Jersey Barbeque is party of the Kleins Catering family of catering and food service businesses. Established by Raymond Sr. and Gloria Klein in 1955 as a custom delicatessen, the family expanded operations in 1966 to accommodate the ever increasing demand for their home made foods. 

Today, Kleins Catering is under the management of the founder’s son Ray and wife Donna. Recently the 3rd generation joined our staff, with grandchildren Ryan and Doug getting their feet wet in both our Catering and Rental operations.

We then began gaining a reputation in the area of offering "QUALITY & VALUE". While building on this foundation for success, we have become on the largest and most reputable catering companies in the industry.

As we enter the new millennium, we bring to our customers the quality and value which is inherent in our 45 YEAR tradition of service.
